Fun & Fitness at The Montecito
We take fitness very seriously at The Montecito but that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun!
The Montecito offers a wide range of fitness classes including seated exercise, strength training & Tai Chi. We also offer Parkinson’s friendly dance & boxing classes. All of our classes are very social & well attended. Our instructors are certified & are always coming up with creative new ways to engage our senior community & keep everyone moving towards their fitness goals.
