We take fitness very seriously at The Montecito but that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun! The Montecito offers a wide range of fitness classes including seated exercise, strength training & Tai Chi. We also offer Parkinson’s friendly dance & boxing classes. All of our classes are very social & well attended. Our instructors are certified & are always coming up with creative new ways to engage our senior community & keep everyone moving towards their fitness goals.

The Montecito also offers outside memberships to the fitness center for $45 a month, which includes use of our state of the art fitness equipment, fully equipped shower rooms, steam rooms & hot tubs as well as admittance to any of our fitness classes. You do not have to live at The Montecito to take advantage of all our fitness center has to offer.
